Born in New York, Peggy Howe is a lowcountry artist who specializes in painting still life and figure portraits. She graduated from Mary Washington College earning a double major in Studio Art and Art History. With over 40 years of experience, she paints from life, teaches, hosts exhibits, and participates in Charleston’s Piccolo Spoleto festival annually.
